Management Team R. Thomas Schram, President and CEO with 32 years experience in general management and business development. Specialist in strategic planning, small business management and integrated direct marketing/marketing information systems. Strong marketing background in packaged goods, institutional, and high technology markets. Ron Lockard, Vice President and Chief Technology officer with over 17 years of industry experience in areas of Real Time embedded systems development, programming, project management, IT infrastructure design and implementation and network security. Prior to joining Wiresoft, Mr. Lockard had engineering responsibilities at AccessLine Technologies, WindRiver Systems and LynuxWorks. While at LynuxWorks, Mr. Lockard was the regional systems engineer that worked directly with the Hewlett Packard LaserJet development team to develop new LaserJet printing products and assisted the company with introducing multiple HP LaserJet products to the market at the same time. Mr. Lockard presently holds industry certifications related to Microsoft, Linux, computer architecture, and network security. Charles L. Smith, Jr., Vice President of Sales with 43 years experience in direct sales, 33 years of which was with Procter & Gamble. Specialist in sales force line management, organizational design, restructure, training, and business development. Strong background in all aspects of sales proposition development, sales effort development/implementation, training, and broker/reseller development.
